Elevate Structural & Fire Solutions was built to fix a specific, persistent problem in insurance building: claims that don't close. Our model is engineered, not accidental — from our in-house engineering capability to our five-step legacy claims methodology.
We are not a generalist builder — we are a purpose-built insurance delivery model.
Most insurance builders are generalist contractors taking insurance work on the side. Elevate was purpose-built for insurance claim delivery — structural remediation, fire damage rebuilds, make-safe, and legacy claim resolution. Our systems, our trade structure, our engineering capability and our commercial model are all shaped around one outcome: the claim closes with a satisfied customer.
Elevate is led by two directors — a civil engineer and a licensed builder — with over 50 years of combined experience delivering complex construction projects, now applied directly to insurance claim delivery. This is not a traditional builder leadership structure. It is an engineering-led claims model.

Most builders rely on external consultants to define the problem. We define it internally — and deliver the solution. One team. One assessment. One accountable outcome.
Before most builders even engage an engineer, we are already making engineering-informed decisions. That changes everything:
Insurers are not waiting weeks for external engineering input. They are receiving it from day one.
Our leadership has delivered multimillion-dollar projects across commercial construction, government, hospitality and retail, education, and complex refurbishment and structural works — including project and construction management on landmark developments such as the Park Hyatt Sydney redevelopment, where precision coordination, stakeholder management, and program control were critical. That same discipline is now applied to insurance claims — where time, cost, and customer outcomes are equally critical.
Engineering is where most claims go wrong — overly conservative advice leads to unnecessary demolition, delayed reports produce program delays, and misalignment between engineer and builder drives rework and variation. Our model removes that disconnect. One team. One assessment. One accountable outcome.
Most builders: Site visit → quote → engineer later.
Elevate: Site visit → engineering assessment → accurate scope → delivery.
The result for insurers: faster claim approval pathways, reduced reliance on external consultants, more accurate scoping from day one, lower overall claim cost, and shorter lifecycle duration. In many cases, the engineering insight you need is provided before formal engagement even begins.
A claim is not finished when the works are done — it is finished when the customer is satisfied, the scope is correct, and the file is closed without dispute. Engineering-led decision making is what makes that possible.
Not slogans. These are the principles that have been tested in dispute, in delay, and in the quiet grind of legacy claim recovery — and proven.
Transparent pricing. Honest timelines. We don't win work we can't deliver, and we don't leave work we can't close.
We take the work personally. The insured's house is not a cost centre — it is a home our team is privileged to restore.
Targeted remediation instead of reflexive demolition. Compliant pathways instead of six-month DA queues. Always engineering-first.
One team from start to finish. No handovers. No loss of information. Our structure rewards outcomes, not delays.
Rigorous QA, ISO-aligned systems, and a 100% customer satisfaction certificate as the final deliverable on every project.
The people who start the claim are the people who close it. Our leadership is on every material escalation.
Our internal workforce is the backbone of Elevate's delivery model. We directly employ three specialists across each of these thirteen trades — supplemented by a vetted subcontractor network for scale — ensuring quality, consistency, and accountability sit with us, not with middlemen.
Elevate's core team is Sydney-based — a deliberate choice that keeps consistency, quality, and leadership close to every project. When the claim is outside Sydney, we travel. When the event is a CAT, we mobilise at scale.
